✅ Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Log into Otter Order Manager

  2. Access the Menu Settings

    • Click the three horizontal lines (menu icon) in the top-left corner

    • Select “Menus” from the dropdown menu

  3. Search for the Item

    • Use the search bar to type the name of the item that needs to be 86’d

  4. Select the Item(s)

    • Click on the item(s) you want to remove from availability

  5. Change Availability

    • In the bottom-right corner, click “Change Availability”

  6. Choose Duration

    • If the item is out just for today, select “Unavailable Today”

    • If the item is out for more than one day, select “Unavailable Indefinitely”

✅ The item can be marked as available again once the restaurant restocks it.
