- Log into Otter Order Manager
- Go to: https://app.tryotter.com/
- Go to: https://app.tryotter.com/
- Access the Menu Settings
- Click the three horizontal lines (menu icon) in the top-left corner
- Select “Menus” from the dropdown menu
- Click the three horizontal lines (menu icon) in the top-left corner
- Search for the Item
- Use the search bar to type the name of the item that needs to be 86’d
- Use the search bar to type the name of the item that needs to be 86’d
- Select the Item(s)
- Click on the item(s) you want to remove from availability
- Click on the item(s) you want to remove from availability
- Change Availability
- In the bottom-right corner, click “Change Availability”
- In the bottom-right corner, click “Change Availability”
- Choose Duration
- If the item is out just for today, select “Unavailable Today”
- If the item is out for more than one day, select “Unavailable Indefinitely”
- If the item is out just for today, select “Unavailable Today”
✅ The item can be marked as available again once the restaurant restocks it.
