  1. Access Orders.co:

    • Log in to Orders.co.

    • Confirm you have the correct restaurant selected in the upper-right corner of the dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Menu Settings:

    • In the left-hand navigation bar, click on Menu.


  • In the center of the screen, select Items.

  1. Find the Item:

    • Click the blue Filter button.


  • Type the name of the item the restaurant wants to pause (e.g., “Onion Rings”).

  1. Ask the Restaurant:

    • Confirm if the item should be paused:

      • For today only (temporary pause), or

      • Indefinitely (remains paused until manually re-enabled).




  1. Pause All Versions:

    • If the item appears in multiple formats (e.g., as a modifier, side, or in multiple categories), pause all applicable versions.



  1. Confirm the Change:

  • Refresh the Orders.co page.

  • Double-check the item is now marked as unavailable.
