- Access Orders.co:
- Log in to Orders.co.
- Confirm you have the correct restaurant selected in the upper-right corner of the dashboard.
- Log in to Orders.co.
- Navigate to Menu Settings:
- In the left-hand navigation bar, click on Menu.
- In the left-hand navigation bar, click on Menu.
- In the center of the screen, select Items.
- Find the Item:
- Click the blue Filter button.
- Type the name of the item the restaurant wants to pause (e.g., “Onion Rings”).
- Ask the Restaurant:
- Confirm if the item should be paused:
- For today only (temporary pause), or
- Indefinitely (remains paused until manually re-enabled).

- Pause All Versions:
- If the item appears in multiple formats (e.g., as a modifier, side, or in multiple categories), pause all applicable versions.
