Where's my delivery tracking link?

If you didn’t receive your tracking link, make sure your phone allows texts from unknown numbers.

For orders delivered by the restaurant, tracking is sent via SMS (not through delivery apps). 

If you're expecting a tracking link for your delivery and haven’t received it, here’s what you need to know:

📱 Check Your Text Message Settings

Sometimes tracking links are sent via text message. If your phone blocks messages from unknown numbers, you may not receive the link. Please check your message settings to ensure you're able to receive texts from all senders.

🚗 Your Order is Being Delivered by the Restaurant 

  • When a restaurant uses their own drivers, tracking updates won’t appear in third-party apps like DoorDash or Uber Eats.

  • Instead, you'll get a text message with a tracking link directly from the restaurant.

  • Be sure your phone can receive messages from unknown numbers so you don’t miss the link.

Order Status & Refund Timing

  • It typically takes about 2 hours from the time you place your order for the delivery to be marked as complete.

  • After the order is closed, if there’s an issue, you can request a refund through the appropriate support channel.
