The customer will need to request a refund directly through the delivery service app they used to place the order. There's a chat feature that each app uses for support that can provide an almost instant refund.
Sometimes the ability to request a refund is delayed by 60-90 minutes.
There might be a short delay before the order can be refunded due to your restaurant being set up as self-delivery. Please reassure the customer that their app will soon be updated and that they'll be able to resolve this issue.
